Digital Plate Fabrication is designed for several texture and pattern pressing applications such as tiles, melamine (LPM-TFL), leather and plastics.  It combines exceptional resolution, fast production and low cost. Ideal for shorter run production, DPF eliminates the need for storage/preservation; simply sandblast and the plate is ready for a new pattern or texture.

 

Advantageously the press plate can be made of carbon-steel and the structure is easily generated by means of inkjet printing. The fluids are selected based on the applications to withstand the pressing parameters: time, temperature and pressure. ​
